we only focus on NEXUM and NEXUM is all about 'cash
collection' all our staff are focussed on you and your
business. We have no call centres in India, we do not
outsource any services nor do we have accounting, case
management, conveyancing, personal injury nor contract
management products to divert our energies!

1. We are
specialists in cash collection, we come from agencies and
law firms in the late 1980's. Our most recent member of
staff was a collections manager at EMAP PLC.
2. We use proper systems to help us manager products and
support, everything is organised and effiecient.
3. We build up an intense level of knowledge about every
client, from their business processes through to the key
people and their priorities.
4. We do not care about case management, conveyancing,
probate or personal injury processes, we just DO collections
- so NO member of our team is shared across a range of
products.
5. We contract to a service level agreement with you, it is
very specific and detailed and covers all your requirements.
6. We offer a disaster support services to clients, just in
case their systems go down.
7. We can tailor our support to
meet your operational requirements and hours of work.
8. Our support covers free upgrades of the product to the
latest available version.
9.NEXUM is available in Oracle or SQL Server database
formats, our people are qualified and have the knowledge to
support you
10. Every Friday the management team meet to ensure that our
proven procedures are providing clients with the highest
levels of support - it is that important to us (the meetings
are very short!)
